Vanilla Ice Cream with Limoncello

Serves 6 Beginner

From the cookbook:

Cook Like a Pro

  • 2 pints good vanilla ice cream, such as Häagen-Dazs
  • Limoncello liqueur, chilled
  • Store-bought biscotti, for serving

Scoop 2 balls of vanilla ice cream into each of 6 dessert glasses or cups. Pour limoncello over the ice cream and serve with a biscotti on the side.
